Bangkok Trip Day 1: Eat and Shop

After our jetstar flight, it was good to take a rest at the hotel.. Except that the hotel was a bit Ulu.. It was in the area Pratunam, but its hidden inside Pratunam.. The hotel is small and simple and cheap! It was only $50 per night, breakfast included! So if you want a good location and affordable location on your trip to BAngkok (When the civil war is over..) I recommend Mayfair Best Western..
 



As you can see, the hotel is within pratunam as you can see the sky scraping Baiyoke Hotel, Thailand’s tallest tower..
The problem would be that it is quite abit of walk from the main hustle and bustle.. It may be a little scary to walk in the lonely alleys cuz you won’t know when you may get mobbed.. So, the hotel has shuttle bus service!

I love grandma with her specs.. And that is my aunt next to her..
After a long plane ride and check in, we were all definitely hungry and what do we have? We have a dinner at a restaurant called “Once Upon A Time”. And the whole restaurant actualy has a second story display of traditional colonial display..



    


Only problem was the bad lighting that made the food look ugly.. But the food was seriously good!!

 
There is a reason why the Hawaiian Pizza is an all time family favourite.. Why is it more popular than pepperoni? Cuz of the pineapple!! And that’s why pineapple rice is the most popular thai cuisine and served in the shell of the pineapple just makes it fab!!

There was Transformers 2 in IMAX and I simply just had to watch it for the third time and check out Megan Fox’s hottest scene again!! Admit it.. Everyone loved this scene.. Her beautiful thighs and wondrous curls just sends all the men crazy.. Well, not only men.. Maybe girls too!!!
